What's cooking in your kitchen for dinner? I made a delicious and very easy-to- make lunch today .
All I did was sautée some onions with a little butter and olive oil, add ham, chopped brocolis, low fat milk, a spoon of corn starch, salt, pepper, grated muzzarela cheese. Let it get thick and pour in on cooked the noodles cooked al dente , sprinkle parmesan cheese on it and voilá. It's delicious and very nutritious and light!
