Christmas is here and one question a lot of people have for Christnmas dinner is: How do you roast your turkey? Well, here's a good clip I found, with excellent tips. The only thing he didn't say is how to marinate the turkey over night, which you can do in many different ways, but I like the white wine and spices, garlic, salt & pepper one.
