Sweet Avocado Cream

In most countries, avocados are eaten as a vegetable, in salads and dips. In Brazil, it's mostly eaten as a fruit. You can either mash it with a fork and add sugar and lemon, or blend it with milk, sugar and lemon. This one was made with half a medium size avocado, half a cup of skim milk, juice of one lemon, 20 drops of sweetener. It's so creamy and delicious, if you haven't tried it, you should.
